By accessing, registering on, or using the phwen platform — including its website, mobile application, and all associated gaming services — you ("the Player," "you," or "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the phwen Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the phwen platform and must not register an account or place any wagers. Your continued use of phwen following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and use phwen, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of phwen, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by phwen or by any Philippine gaming regulatory authority.

phwen reserves the right to request government-issued identification documents at any time to verify your age and identity. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the timeframe requested will result in suspension of your account and withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is completed.

To access real-money games on phwen, you must register a player account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You further agree to update your information promptly if any details change.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active phwen account. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. phwen employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts.

You are solely responsible for:

phwen supports deposits and withdrawals in Philippine Pesos (₱) through the following payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at phwen's discretion.

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on phwen:

• Deposits: All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. phwen reserves the right to reverse any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from the registered account holder.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱50 unless otherwise stated on the phwen deposit page at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. phwen aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
• Verification: phwen may require identity and payment verification before processing any withdrawal. This may include submission of a government-issued Philippine ID, proof of payment method ownership, and source of funds documentation.
• Currency: All transactions on phwen are denominated in Philippine Pesos (₱). phwen does not accept foreign currency deposits.

phwen reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms, pending investigation. Any funds determined to have been obtained through prohibited conduct will be forfeited.

phwen offers a curated selection of real-money games including Hi-Lo, Cannon Fishing, Monster Plinko, Ways of the Qilin, Table games, Fishing Expert, and Ludo Quick. Each game is governed by its own specific rules, which are displayed within the game interface and constitute part of these Terms by reference.

All game outcomes on phwen are determined by a certified random number generator (RNG). phwen does not manipulate game results in any way beyond the published house edge applicable to each game. The house edge for each game is disclosed within the respective game rules.

By participating in any phwen game, you acknowledge and accept that:

• Gambling involves risk and you may lose some or all of the funds you wager;
• Past game outcomes have no bearing on future results;
• phwen does not guarantee any winnings or returns on wagers placed;
• Any technical malfunction that interrupts a game round will be handled in accordance with phwen's technical failure policy, which may result in the voiding of the affected round and return of the wager amount.

In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on phwen's servers, the server record shall be the definitive and binding result.

phwen may from time to time offer bonuses, promotions, free plays, or other incentives to registered players. All such offers are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. General conditions applicable to all phwen bonuses include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless expressly stated;

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phwen platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of account balances, and reporting to relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false registration information, impersonating another person, or misrepresenting your identity or eligibility;
• Money Laundering: Using phwen to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or to obscure the origin of funds;
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any phwen game;
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to interact with phwen games or systems;
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or misconfigured odds to gain an advantage;
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorised chargebacks or payment reversals with your bank or e-wallet provider in relation to phwen deposits;
• Underage Access: Registering or attempting to register on phwen if you are under 21 years of age, or facilitating access by a minor.

All content on the phwen platform — including but not limited to the phwen name and logo, game graphics, software, user interface design, text, and audiovisual elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of phwen or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the phwen platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational use in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any phwen content without prior written authorisation;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any phwen software;
• Use phwen's trademarks, logos, or branding in any manner not expressly authorised by phwen.

Any unauthorised use of phwen's intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your account and may give rise to legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phwen, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the phwen platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from normal gameplay outcomes;
• Interruption or unavailability of the phwen platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond phwen's reasonable control;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Decisions made by you in reliance on information displayed on the phwen platform.

phwen's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phwen account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit phwen's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

phwen reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity;
• Failure to complete required identity or age verification;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from you or a regulatory authority;
• Cessation of phwen's operations in whole or in part.

Upon termination for cause, phwen reserves the right to forfeit any balance remaining in your account. Upon termination not attributable to your breach, phwen will return any verified balance to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may close your phwen account at any time by contacting phwen support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method.

phwen reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, phwen will notify registered players by posting a notice on the platform or by sending a notification to the email address associated with your account. The updated Terms will display a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the phwen platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using phwen and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11 above.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute between you and phwen, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of written notice, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

phwen operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players who believe phwen has acted in breach of applicable regulations may raise a complaint with the relevant Philippine gaming regulatory authority.
